The show collects collages, found photographs and own motives – heterogenic material condensed into Messerschmidts theme: fortunate errors. The intended or accidently „wrong“ images of each subject are a result of the photographic material. The recording situation of the dilittant handling of analogue or digital technology is splitting perception in to reconstruction or fiction. Messerschmidt observes the tolerance and capacity of our awareness. What is considered as a mistake and from when on does the poetic perception begin, resulting in a new narrative.
